We are interested in the business practices of local businesses in seven areas: Ownership Structure; Customer Relations; Products and Services offered; Marketing, Customer Rewards and Incentives; Employment Practices; Community Participation; and Environmental Management.

We meet with all prospective businesses to determine if there is a good fit with the program. I Buy NEO merchants adopt principles, policies, and practices that improve the quality of life for their customers, their employees, communities, and the environment.

We also offer member businesses access to strategies, tools and a network of businesses for developing best practices.
