I Buy NEO is a program that supports locally-owned and operated businesses within Northeast Ohio. COSE members and members of our Program Partners can participate in this Program free of charge.
Visit the Merchant Directory to discover the participating merchants by location, category, etc.
Each merchant has a profile that includes a description of their businesses, community rebate and directions to locate their businesses. Those businesses with the "Community Card logo" accept the I Buy NEO Community Card now. Those businesses with the "I Buy NEO logo" are businesses we recommend and we are working with to accept the card soon.
